To ensure transparency and long-term sustainability, the following policy applies to all Annual Memberships:
The Silver Saddle Stables Annual Membership is $250 per year and provides access to member benefits for a full 12-month term from the date of purchase.
All Annual Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a membership is purchased, no full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy allows Silver Saddle Stables to responsibly plan programming, animal care, and community initiatives with stability and continuity.
Annual Memberships are set to automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the original purchase date to ensure uninterrupted access to member benefits.
Members may request to stop automatic renewal at any time by submitting a written request via email.
Cancellation of auto-renewal prevents future charges.
Your current membership will remain active through the end of the paid membership term.
Membership benefits will continue until the expiration date.

Members will continue to receive all membership benefits—including program discounts, early registration access, and member-exclusive offerings—through the full membership period, even after auto-renewal has been cancelled.
